With the upcoming Easter holiday we all know what that means…chocolate! Indulge in your favourite chocolate bunnies and mini eggs without the added guilt on this glorious holiday! With lots of time dedicated to family bonding, an Easter egg hunt is a great opportunity for family fun. There will be three Easter egg hunts in the Niagara region for you and your family to enjoy on the upcoming holiday.
Stamford Volunteer Fireman’s Association will be holding their annual egg hunt in Fireman’s Park on Friday April 18. Starting at 11 a.m. children are encouraged to find 400 pounds of chocolate scattered all across the park. With lots of fun activities on top of the hunt, join in on the fun at Fireman’s Park for this annual event.
Another one of Niagara’s annual Easter egg hunts is taking place at Jaycee Park on Saturday April 19. Enjoy an Easter egg hunt with the Mayor of St. Catharines, local MPP’s, local media and more than 50,000 eggs! Donate your non-perishable food items to help families in need while you and your family spend time together at this Easter egg hunt.
Another Easter egg hunt to keep you busy on Saturday, April 19 will be at Heartland Forest. The event is free which means your budget friendly Saturday will be spent doing lots of fun family activities. Featuring crafts, a free build workshop, music, games, food, campfire, scavenger hunts in the forest, train rides and more!
